Within Europe:

For shipments within Europe, you pay no import taxes or other hidden fees & all are 100% insured by us! 

👟 Sneakers:

  • Carriers: We ship sneakers via DPD, UPS and PostNL.
  • Tracking: Each package is provided with a tracking code. So you are always informed!
  • Processing time:
    • 48-Hour Express: Order by 17:00? Then we process your package within 48 hours on working days. Delivery time from the moment of processing varies by country.
    • Standard: The standard processing time is 5-10 working days. It may take a bit longer during busy periods, but we always keep you updated.

🪢 Laces:

Do you order before 5:00 PM? We will then process your package within 24 hours in our warehouses on working days.

  • Netherlands: 1 working day
  • Germany: 2-4 working days
  • Europe: 3-6 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5-9 working days
  • Rest of the World: 6-12 working days


Outside Europe:

Carriers: For international shipments outside Europe, we use DPD, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Tracking: Each package comes with accurate track & trace.
  • Processing times: 48-Hour Express & Standard (5-10 days)
  • Shipping Times: The average shipping time is 3-6 working days, depending on the country. Contact us to know the exact time for your country.
