Bought items from SneakerHype? No worries, you can easily return them within 14 days of receipt.

• Feel free to try out the sneakers, but make sure they remain in the same condition as received.
• Returning? Simply fill in our online I want to return my product form.
• Be timely: send your items back within 14 days.
• Always ship the products in an additional cardboard outer box! (The original box is part of the product. Damages may lead to the refusal of your return).
• Sneakerhype tag must be attached!
• Damaged or lost packages during return are your responsibility.
• The refund process takes up a maximum of 5-10 working days.

We cannot refund shipping costs, as we are a startup company with significant refund expenses and are committed to maintaining CO2-neutral practices.

• For customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, the return cost is € 9.95.
• For customers in Germany, the return cost is €9.95.
• For customers in Italy, the return cost is €15.
• For customers in France, the return cost is €12.

 

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem, but please consider the following:

• Cancel within 24 hours? No extra charges.
• After 24 hours, shipping and handling costs will be charged.
• Package refused at delivery? A fee of €15 will be applied.

 

Given the nature of our international operations and order processing, it is not possible to cancel an order without cost after 24 hours. This is because, once your purchase is confirmed, we immediately initiate a process with our international partners to acquire your sneakers. This leads to a fast and complex logistics journey, often beyond our direct control, as the product may already be in another continent. Additionally, Klarna incurs charges that are not refunded to us as the seller. Therefore, we have to pass on these costs.
